Damaged or Lost Shipments Policy

At Grace Bookstore, we take great care in ensuring your orders are packaged securely and shipped promptly. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. Please review our policy below for handling damaged or lost shipments.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

• Provide Documentation:

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

• Resolution Options:

  • Once we verify the damage, we will offer you a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is not available, you may choose a full refund for the item or store credit.

Please note: Books are non-refundable unless damaged during transit. Damaged books qualify for replacement or refund only when the above steps are followed.

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:

• Check Tracking Information: Refer to the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email to confirm the shipment’s status.

• Contact Us: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at [Your Contact Email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

• Resolution Process:

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

  • If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a replacement for the item or a full refund.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer. For these cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

• If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping information during checkout

This book will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. It will be shipped in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage during transit..

Shipping Method:  

Standard Shipping/Expedited Shipping/International Shipping options. Estimated delivery time:  3-5 business days for domestic shipping, longer for international.

Tracking Information:  

A tracking number will be provided once the book has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
